Cleaning and Maintenance

We partner with a top-tier local cleaning company to provide thorough cleaning and meticulous maintenance services. After each guest's departure, we conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure your property is always ready for the next arrival.

10% Management Fee

One-time Fees
  • Initial setup: $500 includes professional photography, listing creation, and property inspection & setup.

  • Maintenance calls requiring service billed at discounted rate.

  • Quarterly deep cleanings and detailed maintenance check: $250

  • We also offer design "refresh" or home remodel services by request.

Other Information: 
  • Professional photography, listing creation, complimentary property evaluation included with 3-month commitment.

  • Maintenance calls requiring service billed at discounted rate.

  • Deep cleaning with detailed maintenance checks: cost based on size (required twice per year to keep your property in tip-top shape and prevent unnecessary service calls)

  • NO MONTHLY MARKETING FEES

  • We also offer design "refresh" or home remodel services by request.

Sunny Greetings! We’re Eric and Katy Siebert, and we’ve been welcoming guests to our vacation rentals since 2018. We’re all about the little details that make a stay truly special, and we love making sure every guest feels right at home. Eric, being a licensed contractor here in Florida, takes pride in keeping our properties not just beautiful, but also in great working order. We know how important a clean, well-kept place is, both for our guests and for the owners we work with. As locals living right here on Sanibel Island with our two kids, we’re fully invested in this beautiful community and its unique charm. We would love the opportunity to work with you!
